Your tasks
- Involvement in audits of annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements and special audits in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS for companies with different legal forms and from different sectors
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Involvement in business consulting (e.g. preparation of company valuations, valuation of individual assets, reorganization of companies, restructuring)
- Support with tax structuring advice
- Communication with clients and authorities
- You will audit annual and consolidated financial statements
- You will provide support in conducting special audits
- You will independently prepare corporate tax returns
- You prepare professional statements on accounting-related and tax issues to
- Independently prepare annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and support in auditing the annual financial statements of domestic corporations and partnerships
- Preparation of tax returns and tax balance sheets, collaboration on complex tax issues
- Involvement in cross-border issues
Your profile
- Completed studies or qualified training
- Good knowledge of MS Office and an interest in digital workflows
- Warm and service-oriented manner
- Enjoyment of exciting and varied tasks
